In this section you will use ahrefs to do a quick check to see if the client has any broken backlinks.
Broken backlinks are backlinks that are pointing from other sites to pages on our clients sites that are broken (or have a 404 status code). The authority from the other site is not able to be pushed to our clients site since the page that has the link going to it is broken.
Any pages that are broken and have backlinks pointing to them can be fixed by simply added a 301 redirect from the broken page to a live, relevant page on our clients site!
