This guide explains how to create landing pages using Swipe Pages for client campaigns. Each client should have its own project in Swipe Pages to maintain organization and brand consistency.
Why Swipe Pages?
Swipe Pages is our go-to tool for high-converting, optimized landing pages. It allows quick deployment of pages for ads while maintaining design flexibility and speed.
Access & Setup
- Log In:
- Go to Swipe Pages
- Log in with the Green House master account (check Green House Passwords for credentials).
- Workspace Check:
- Confirm you are in the Agency/Team Workspace, not your personal account.
Step 1: Create a New Project for the Client
Each client should have a dedicated project in Swipe Pages for organization.
- Click Projects from the left-hand menu.
- Select Create Project.
- Name the project using the following format:
[Client Name] – GH Landing Pages
(Example: Bean Orthodontics – GH Landing Pages). - Assign the correct workspace/team members if needed.
Step 2: Build the Landing Page
- Inside the client’s project, click Create Landing Page.
- Choose a template or start from scratch.
- Recommended: Use a template that aligns with conversion goals (lead capture, appointment booking, etc.).
- Add Branding Elements:
- Logo
- Brand colors
- Fonts (match client guidelines)
- Content Requirements:
- Headline with primary offer/service
- Hero section with CTA button
- Short benefit-focused copy
- Lead capture form (Name, Email, Phone at minimum)
- Testimonials or trust signals
- Clear footer with privacy policy link
Step 3: Set Up Forms & Integrations
- Connect forms to client email or CRM (if applicable).
- Form Action: Always include an email notification to the client + internal team.
- Add Google tacking information under settings.
Step 4: Configure Page Settings
- SEO: Add meta title and description (basic optimization).
- Favicon: Add client logo.
- Mobile Optimization: Use Swipe Pages preview to confirm design works on all breakpoints.
Step 5: Publish & Test
- Click Publish.
- Use client subdomain under our Swipe Pages domain OR custom domain if the client provides DNS access.
- Default naming:
[offer or promo or whatever fits best].[client’s domain].com
(Example: promo.beanortho.com)

Step 6: Share Preview & Approvals
- Share the preview link with the client before publishing live.
- Get final approval before pushing live.
Ongoing Management
- If making updates, always:
- Duplicate the live page first (create a backup).
- Make slight changes and run A/B Testing.
- Delete underperforming version after testing (2 weeks minimum).
Best Practices
- Keep text short and benefit-driven.
- Avoid navigation links (minimize distractions).
- Use bold CTAs above the fold.
- Include at least one trust element (testimonial, badge, review snippet).
