Create parking validation codes for special visitors or clients.
For validated parking, you have three options: daily reserved spaces (price unknown), hourly Passport Parking codes ($2.30 for 2 hours), or daily Passport Parking codes ($6.25 for the day).
Daily Reserved Spaces
Contact Heather with the date and number of spaces needed, and she will coordinate with Parking Services to get your spaces reserved.
Passport Parking Codes
Ask Heather for access to parking codes. Add a note on the sheet next to the code you anticipate using with your name and purpose. Copy the code, and share these steps with your visitor to validate their parking:
- Download the Passport Parking app on your phone
- Enter the Zone # (listed on the sign on the parking space you park in)
- Enter your license plate #
- Select the minimum two hours
- Continue to checkout
- Next to "Do you have a validation code?", select Redeem
- Enter the passport parking code [CODE], followed by Confirm
- Select Confirm Payment
Include a parking map (attached below). The star marks the Keller Building. The parking codes will work at any of the Passport Parking stalls, marked on the map with the P. Be sure to also include how long their parking will be covered (depending on the option you chose above).
