  2. Select + New
  3. Select the arrow next Google Docs
  4. Select From a template
  5. Select 10 Social Media Posts Template 2025
  6. A copy of the template will be automatically added to the client folder, and you can begin the audit

Have a team CONTENT BRAINSTORM to come up with the 10 post ideas. 

  •  Make the list in the document and assign it to team members.

Note: Make sure to review your social media plan. Basically you want to create templates or content for that brand that they can replicate in the future. Don't re-create the wheel look back on the social media audit ideas.

  • Locations (areas served) - If applicable.

  • memes (only if this goes with their brand voice) 

START CREATING CONTENT:

Find some inspiration content that you really like. Here are some suggestions for that: 

  • Create a Pinterest board and pin content with the style and vibe you are going for 
  • Find some social media posts that you like for a similar industry 
  • Search for Canva templates for a good starting place 

Start designing! Use your Brand guide to create cohesive content that matches the brand. 

  •  Create 10 graphics for the 10 content ideas under the Strategy & Plan section of the audit.
  • Write captions to go with these graphics.
  • Review and make edits to graphics with a consultant to finish this task.

When you are finished ask yourself these questions about your content before you talk to a consultant. 

  • Who is this for? (Who is the audience?)
  • What do I want them to know or do?
  • Why should they care?
  • Does it match their brand.
  • What is this communicating
