How to edit the workflow during hiring processes

How to edit the workflow after each new job posting.

1. The workflow needs to be edited every time we have a new job posting. Please follow the steps below:

In Neoed, click:

  1. “View my requisitions”
  2. The current job posting (Ex. “#FY2503278 Student - Digital Marketing Specialist - Green House”)
  3. “Hire Workflow”
  4. “Customize Workflow”
  5. Title the items in the Workflow as the following. Don’t include the descriptions—those are here for your understanding.

Note: You can leave all settings turned off or blank, besides the name field.

2. Process descriptions:

Referred

Applicant has applied.

Additional Screening

We are interested in the applicant, but we need more information.

Interested

Applicant passed the resume screening.

Phone Interview

Passed resume screening, and selected for interview based on the following order:

  1. Director recommendations/requests
  2. Internal recommendations
  3. Hiring waitlist
  4. Start from 5-star and work your way down

In-Person Interview

Passed the phone interview—meet with the director.

Trial Project (if applicable)

For some roles, we will request they complete a trial project.

Final Review

The applicant has pass with the director, and we need to check recommendations.

Hold

The applicant has not been selected to proceed—this is the waiting list for being rejected.

Hired

The applicant was hired for the position—the director is the only one who can do this.

Rejected

The applicant was not selected to proceed—the director is the only one who can do this.
