How to schedule (any) meeting with a client.
- Go to outlook.office.com.
- Log in using your UVU credentials.
- Click on the calendar icon in the top left corner, and then click New event.
- Add the PM, CM, director, group email, and client to the event.
- Select Scheduling Assistant at the top.
- Use the calendar to identify a good day and time for the meeting. Plan for the meeting to last 1 hour.
- Select Event at the top to go back to event details.
- Enter "[Client Name] [Meeting Name]" as the event title.
- Be sure Teams Meeting is toggled on for location (otherwise clients may assume the meeting is in-person).
- If you are meeting in person, be sure to include the client's business or Green House's address.
- Click Send.
