How to schedule a client meeting

How to schedule (any) meeting with a client.

  1. Go to outlook.office.com.
  2. Log in using your UVU credentials.
  3. Click on the calendar icon in the top left corner, and then click New event.
  4. Add the PM, CM, director, group email, and client to the event.
  5. Select Scheduling Assistant at the top.
  6. Use the calendar to identify a good day and time for the meeting. Plan for the meeting to last 1 hour.
  7. Select Event at the top to go back to event details.
  8. Enter "[Client Name] [Meeting Name]" as the event title.
  9. Be sure Teams Meeting is toggled on for location (otherwise clients may assume the meeting is in-person).
    1. If you are meeting in person, be sure to include the client's business or Green House's address.
  10. Click Send.
