How to begin reputation management tasks by identifying benchmark metrics.

For Green House to track our success, we need to know where the client current ranks in local searches, and what type of impressions, website clicks, calls and more they currently see. If we have done our job correctly, by the end of the semester, the client should be ranking higher, and getting more website clicks and calls.
To complete this task, run a few searches relevant to the business (For example, if the client was a Lawyer, I would search "Best law firm near me" & "best injury lawyer in Orem", etc...) and screenshot the company's current ranking and save it in the client drive.
You will also want to access the clients business profile, and record the metrics that they have seen this month, specifically:
- How many calls have they gotten from their GBP (Google Business Profile)?
- How many impressions does their GBP get a month?
- How many website visits have they gotten from their GBP?
Record this information, along with the screenshot of where they currently rank, and save to their dashboard and client drive.
