How to set up your booking page

Helping with new-hire interviewing? You'll want to set up a booking page to schedule meetings. This article explains how.

1. Sign into your Outlook and go to this link.

2. Click the "15 minutes meeting" to edit it. You can delete the 30minute meeting default.

3. Change the settings to look the same as below.

4. In the advanced settings, you can set up automatic email reminders and set limitations for your preferences. For example, my settings show that I have 5 minutes of buffer in between meetings where people can't book back-to-back meetings. I also have it set up so that the earliest someone can book with me is 1 day out, and they can't book farther out than 14 days. I also specify in the reminder email that I will call them, because sometimes people will try to start a team meeting at the time of their interview.

5. Click "See regular meeting hours" to make sure you hours are up-to-date.

Note: You still need to block out your calendar to prevent people from booking with you. See the example below.

6. Click save on your booking page. Now click the share icon on the booking. Copy the link.

7. Go back to the step where you created your signature in Outlook and create a duplicate that has your link to book with you.
