How to update your student email

Update your student email to include your name instead of UVUID.

  1. Follow this link
  2. Click on Email Address Utility
  3. Sign in with your UVU ID # and password
  4. Change your Outgoing Address email to firstname.lastname@uvu.edu (or firstinitialLASTNAME@uvu.edu if the first option is not available)
    1. Ex. john.smith@uvu.edu (or jsmith@uvu.edu)
  5. Click Change to complete the change
