An introduction to HubSpot

HubSpot 

This customer relationship management (CRM) application manages leads, pipelines, deals, client communication, and reporting so the team can track marketing results and client progress (though this tool is more focused on sales than project management). We also manage the Green House Knowledge Base with HubSpot, using its webpage tools.  


Why? Using a CRM ensures the team never loses track of leads, provides tools for email campaigns, and helps track and measure business results. It also allows us to review past clients that we may want to reach out to as we seek repeat business. Marketing professionals need to have deep knowledge of CRMs (in our case, HubSpot).
