Use the Core Messaging Doc you've already created for your client to create the one sheet. It should be saved in your client folder. Refer to the KB article How to create a Core Messaging Doc
Your task is to create one for the client, that includes all the key points mentioned in the article. This can be for a specific product, or just an overview of their services. Learn what would benefit the client by reviewing what we learned about them in the kickoff meeting, as well as what products/services they push on their website.
A good whitepaper has a clear objective, a good description, A CTA (call to action), contact info, and a QR code/hyperlink to learn more.
