# How to view waitlist form entries

## How to view waitlist form entries.

1. Sign into WordPress using the “Green House Passwords” sheet on the Google Drive.
2. In the backend of the Green House website, click “Forms” on the left side bar. Under the drop down under “Forms” on the left side bar, click “Import/Export”.
3. Select the form “Hiring Waitlist”.
4. Select the fields: 
     1. First Name 
     2. Last Name
     3. Email
     4. Estimated Graduation Date
     5. Entry date
5. Select the date range to be one year from now.
6. Click “Download Export File”.
7. Open the downloaded file into Google Sheets or Excel. (Those are easier to edit than Apple Numbers).
8. Delete the entries that say their estimated graduation date is sooner than we are hiring for. If you are unsure what the cut off graduation date is, confirm with the director.
